Insalata
(Such a tease...)

This is just a fancy way of saying that I served you your salad last. Saturday morning - Brin and I went to the regional market in Syracuse to buy our fresh produce. I think that had a lot to do with the quality of the food - much of it was picked within 24 hours of being used. Anyway, the greens we got there were fantastic. We got huge bagfuls of basil, and kale, and beet greens, and dandelion greens, and other things that I can't even name, and spent no more than $20. That was combined with all sorts of fresh herbs and flowers donated by various people, and dressed in olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Thanks go out to Lady Morgaine without whose effort the salad wouldn't have been.
