This page details my attempt to organize the ideas we had into the feast that was eaten by 250 to 300 of you lucky readers this past September 20th.


9/23 - Well, it's over. People tell me it was pretty good. Actually, they keep saying that it was beyond marvellous, and that they're stunned to silence at the thought of it. I'm just glad it's over. Not because it was unpleasant (it was fun in a perverse way,) but because that means that the months of planning are over, and Sibyl and I can stop stressing over the price of beans, etc.... Also, it means that the climax was achieved, and people actually ate something that had heretofore existed only in my mind.

Just remember - 90% of this success is due to the staff, only a small part of which is represented by the acknowledgements below. If anyone has contact information for someone who helped who has not been personally thanked by me, please mail me about it.
